  • Hardware like changing any components.

  • Changing hardware components in Level 1&2. Flashing software.

  • Handle customer problems.

  • Identifying hardware and software solutions. Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and repairing faults.

  • Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.

  • Resolving network issues.

  • Installing and configuring hardware and software.

  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.

  • Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.

  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications.

  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities.

  • Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, networking, and security systems

  • Identifying hardware and software solutions.
