- Create and optimize designs for various types of heat exchangers (e.g., shell-and-tube, plate, and air-cooled).
- Perform detailed thermal and mechanical calculations to ensure performance and durability.
- Utilize specialized design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD for modelling, simulation, and preparing technical drawings and data sheets.
- Develop and review material specifications, prepare requisitions, and evaluate vendor quotations.
- Ensure all designs and equipment strictly comply with industry codes, company standards, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, and quality) to support prototype testing and product improvement.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing and installation stages to resolve design or performance issues.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in the engineering industry, preferably in: Fabrication or design of heat exchangers HVAC systems Home appliances (e.g., refrigerators) Oil & Gas or thermal process equipment sectorsProficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and thermal design software is required.Strong understanding of ASME, TEMA, or other relevant design standards.
