- Design and deliver engaging sales training programs for new and existing sales staff in El Mansora.
- Assess training needs through regular analysis of sales performance and feedback from team leaders.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to realme’s products and sales strategies.
- Conduct in-person workshops, role-plays, and on-the-job coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales managers to align training initiatives with business goals and market trends.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales staff, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Track and report on training outcomes, including sales metrics and employee performance improvements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor activities to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Organize refresher courses and knowledge-sharing sessions to maintain high standards across the sales team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in sales training, sales, or a related role, preferably within the technology or retail sector.Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess training needs and adapt content to various learning styles.Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools.Willingness to work onsite in El Mansora and travel to other locations as required.Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
