- Maintain the daily performance of computer systems.
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, and other technical tools and products.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Printers and other systems.
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
- Installs and maintains all end-user software and hardware.
- Manages PC setup and deployment for new employees.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Academic Branches Required ( Alexandria, El Sadat city, Beni Suef ).Good experience in a help desk, IT support, or technical support role.Strong knowledge of Windows and Other operating systems, as well as common office applications.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem solving and communication skills.
