- B.Sc. in Mechanical or Production Engineering or equivalent.- 1 to 3 years of experience in sheet metal industry.- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using precision measuring tools.- Knowledge of ERP or production management systems.- Strong analytical and organizational skills.- Ability to work under pressure and lead teams.
