Job Purpose:
The Sales & Customer Account Specialist acts as the main link between Intertrade and its customers, ensuring smooth order handling, delivery coordination, and after-sales service. The role involves managing customer accounts, supporting the sales process, following up on production and shipments, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Manage and follow up on customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
- Maintain updated customer files (order history, price lists, product specifications, credit terms).
- Monitor customer balances and payments in coordination with the accounting department.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
- Support the Sales Manager in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and order tracking summaries.
- Support the business developer by following up with new leads once converted to active customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control and Production departments to resolve product or delivery issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular communication and proactive updates.
- Support after-sales activities, including feedback collection and service improvement suggestions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and customer service reports.
- Monitor delivery schedules, production readiness, and potential delays.
- Share customer feedback and recurring issues with management for improvement actions.
- Participate in internal coordination meetings with Sales, Production, and Logistics.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or customer service (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors B2B).Strong organizational and communication skills.Excellent command of English and Arabic.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems (Odoo preferred).Strong sense of responsibility, follow-up, and attention to detail.Customer-oriented with a professional and cooperative attitude.
