Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Specialist with proven experience in selling Odoo solutions to join our dynamic team remotely from Egypt.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and technical understanding of Odoo’s ecosystem, capable of identifying client needs, presenting tailored demos, and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in ERP or Odoo-based systems.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to each business sector.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the functional and technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide insights on market trends and contribute to improving sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in selling Odoo solutions (Community or Enterprise).
  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and achieve measurable targets.
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and good command of English.
  • Familiarity with Saudi business culture is a plus.
