The Telesales Representative will be responsible for acquiring new vendors and clients (suppliers, manufacturers, and printing houses), promoting Souqpress subscriptions and partnership models, and building long-term relationships with businesses in the printing industry across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & OutreachContact potential vendors and printing houses through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to introduce Souqpress.Identify key decision-makers (e.g., sales managers, owners, or purchasing heads).Maintain a daily calling target and update lead status in the CRM system (Notion or Google Sheet). Sales & Subscription ManagementExplain Souqpress subscription plans.Handle objections professionally and convert leads into paying subscribers.Upsell higher-tier subscriptions or additional services (e.g., website creation, marketing campaigns). Reporting Report daily and weekly sales performance, call logs, and conversion metrics.Coordinate with the Vendor Acquisition team and Marketing team to align outreach campaigns.
