Duties and Responsibilities:


- Manage the group’s daily administrative operations effectively.
- Organize and archive files and records efficiently.
- Coordinate between various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage internal and external correspondence and communications, receive official documents, and ensure their compliance.
- Proficiently handle specialized computer programs (Microsoft Office – Outlook).
- Manage and activate the group’s accounts on various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) to enhance digital presence and audience engagement.


Qualifications and Experience Required:


- University degree in Business Administration or a qualification related to Law.
- A minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in the field of law or legal services.
- Full proficiency in dealing with computer programs (especially the Microsoft Office suite).
- Strong experience in managing and operating social media accounts and digital marketing.
- Strong skills in time management and prioritization.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to take responsibility and show initiative.
