Job Purpose

The Product Development Associate is responsible for supporting the development and enhancement of digital solutions for business-to-business (B2B) clients. This role requires a strong understanding of digital technologies, market research skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation. The Product Development Associate will work closely with product managers and engineers to translate client needs into robust digital solutions that meet market demands.

1.Product Research and Analysis\: a. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape related to digital solutions in the B2B space. b.Analyze customer feedback, user data, and market insights to identify opportunities for product improvements and new feature development. c.Stay updated with emerging technologies, digital transformation strategies, and best practices in the B2B domain. 2.Product Development Support\: a.Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements, user stories, and specifications for digital solutions targeted at B2B clients. b.Assist in the planning, design, and execution of product development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. c.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and UX specialists, to translate product vision into actionable development tasks. 3.User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design\: a.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience. b.Provide input and feedback on wireframes, prototypes, and design iterations to align with B2B client requirements and industry standards. c.Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design improvements and optimize the user interface. 4.Competitive Analysis and Product Positioning\: a.Conduct competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of competing digital solutions in the B2B market. b.Identify unique selling points and differentiators for the digital solutions, ensuring effective positioning and value proposition. c.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling product messaging, sales collateral, and go-to-market strategies. 5.Product Documentation and Training\: a.Create comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technicalspecifications, to support internal teams and B2B clients. b.Collaborate with training teams to develop training materials and conduct product training sessions for sales teams and customer support personnel. c.Assist in resolving product-related inquiries and issues from internal stakeholders and clients, providing timely and accurate support.
