Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, from identifying organizational needs and sourcing suppliers to issuing purchase orders, inspecting deliveries, and coordinating payments. Ensures that all purchasing activities are cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with quality and delivery standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with departments to determine and define requirements for goods and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery.
- Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders in accordance with approved terms and specifications.
- Inspect received goods or services, verify invoices, and coordinate with accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate supplier payments.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and regularly assess supplier performance to enhance procurement efficiency and reliability.t-effective, compliant, and aligned with quality and delivery standards.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2–6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and vendor management.
