Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Operations Specialist, located in 6th of October, with some work from home flexibility. 

The Senior Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects, analyzing operational processes, and coordinating with various departments. 

Additionally, the role involves improving workflow, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting sales initiatives.

• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
• Experience in Operations Management to oversee and streamline operations
• Project Management skills to lead and manage projects efficiently
• Sales experience to support and enhance sales operations

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
