HR Specialist

SF Egypt - Egypt - Giza


The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the HR department within the factory. This role focuses on recruitment, personnel administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws to ensure an efficient and productive workforce.

Work location: 6th industrial zone beside estern company

Key Responsibilities:
1.  Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs.

Post job openings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.

Handle all hiring documentation and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Maintain an updated manpower report and organizational chart.

2.  Personnel & HR Administration

Manage employee files and HR records (contracts, attendance, leaves, renewals).

Prepare HR letters, memos, and other official correspondence.

Ensure compliance with labor law regulations and company policies.

Monitor attendance and overtime reports in coordination with the timekeeping team.


3. Payroll Support

Collect and verify monthly payroll data (attendance, deductions, overtime).

Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure timely salary payments.

Handle social insurance and medical insurance registrations, renewals, and cancellations.


4. Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employees’ inquiries and grievances.

Support HR initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.


5. Compliance & Reporting

Prepare HR reports and statistics (turnover, headcount, absenteeism, etc.).

Ensure all HR practices comply with Egyptian Labor Law and internal policies.

Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation.
 


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.2–5 years of experience as an HR Specialist, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance procedures.Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
