q  Responsible for adhering to the performance metrics in terms of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), KQIs (Key Quality Indicators) and (QoE) Quality of Experience.

q  Responsible for full awareness and understating for all relevant Change Requests (CRs) after its submission to the periodic Change Advisor Board (CAB) meetings.

q  Responsible for reviewing and executing all operational checklist and To-Do list after CR implementation.

q  Full awareness of the criticality of operating and maintaining any network element that are not covered with the proper and valid warranty and support contract.

q  Full responsible for the definition of all component’s life cycle in term of end-of-sales, end-of-support, end-of-life…. etc.

q  Should provide all details with high level of transparency and accountability for the development of the incident reports and its procedure to ensure a full detailed record and analysis for Network/Services outages (planned/unplanned) and ensure the awareness of the other units in order to prevent similar incidents in future and to ensure high standard problem-solving technique. 

q  Responsible to propose different testing scenarios and facilitate problems resolution to launch solutions, products and services.

q  Full adherence to the yearly performance management mandate goals and objectives which is communicated by the Performance Management division sector.

q  Responsible in executing agile tasks and actions to deliver a fast move for failure isolation whiles rerouting to alternative scenarios undertaken by around-the-clock monitoring and performance capabilities.
