- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all key areas of the facility to ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and property.
- Promptly identify and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities or management.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all incidents, observations, and actions taken during each shift.
- Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, ensuring all cameras and recording devices are functioning optimally.
- Assist in the investigation of security incidents by providing relevant video evidence and detailed reports.
- Coordinate with security personnel and other departments to respond effectively to emergencies or incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to surveillance and privacy.
- Support the implementation of security protocols and contribute to continuous improvement of surveillance procedures.
- Conduct routine checks of the control room and surveillance systems to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest security technologies and best practices.
Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar CCTV Operator or security surveillance role.Proven experience in operating and monitoring CCTV systems in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and assess security risks quickly.Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents and collaborating with team members.Ability to work independently and remain alert during extended periods of monitoring.Familiarity with security protocols, emergency response procedures, and incident reporting.High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Commitment to upholding company standards and contributing to a safe workplace.
