  • Identify and target potential HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the HORECA sector.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospective clients through effective sales presentations and negotiations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client orders.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored promotional strategies for the HORECA segment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HORECA sector.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of the HORECA market in Egypt.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Egypt as required.Strong organizational and time management skills.Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
