1.Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar positions in the Egypt factory.
2.Manage recruitment for sales, service, and project delivery roles across the Middle East and Africa reion.
3.Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract local professionals in various countries.
4.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for different functions and levels.
5.Collaborate closely with HR managers to understand business needs and ensure timely hiring.
6.Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and headhunters to improve sourcing efficiency.
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.5+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a multinational company.2.Proven experience in manufacturing or mechanical industry recruitment; experience in FAMSUN’s peer companies is a plus.3.Headhunting experience or agency background preferred.4.Familiar with recruitment across multiple countries in the Middle East and Africa.5.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.6.Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.
