• Develops and implements strategies, sets sales targets, and monitors sales performance to achieve sales targets, increase customer traffic, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures the store meets or exceeds sales goals and targets and identifies growth opportunities.
  • Aligns and conducts meetings with the marketing and sales team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Trains and motivates sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Provides excellent customer service, resolves complaints or issues, and consults customers during purchasing to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Maintains a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their purchases.
  • Follows up the inventory to discover any shortage and ensures the availability of products within the store.
  • Implements effective merchandising strategies and in-store displays to attract customers and expand store traffic. 
  • Manages day–to–day store procedures such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security measures to ensure they are maintained according to the processes and procedures of the company.
  • Monitors competition and identifies opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and store sales.
  • Analyzes sales data and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitors store expenses and budgets to minimize expenses and maximize profitability.
  • Participates in planned and unplanned inventory inspections to follow up and give clarifications for any inquiry. 
  • Supervises and ensures proper sanitation and cleaning practices to maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store environment.
  • Coaches the subordinates and monitors their performance through the PRD system to maintain employees’ performance. 
  • Monitors all inventory activities such as cycle counts and stock movements including transfers to/from the warehouse, damaged items, devolution, etc. to ensure an efficient receiving process of products.
  • Ensures compliance with all store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and security procedures to maintain a healthy and safe environment within the store.
  • Detects, anticipates, and provides regular feedback on customers' needs, market trends, and competitors’ activities affecting the store sales to make a counter-campaign to stay in the competition.

Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent.From 7-10 years of experience in sales.Good Command of using Microsoft Office programs.Good Command of the English Language.
