Shara General Contracting is seeking a skilled Site Engineer
with proven experience in construction execution to join a team of three site engineers
on a major touristic village project in Ras El Hekma – North Coast.
The role requires strong leadership, technical accuracy, and efficient coordination on site.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities (concrete, finishing, architectural works).
- Ensure all works are executed as per drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor progress and quality in coordination with QC and technical office teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site requirements.
- Review and verify executed quantities.
- Coordinate between subcontractors, workforce, and consultant.
- Enforce and ensure site Safety (HSE) compliance at all stages.
Requirements:5–8 years of experience in general contracting or construction.Strong background in concrete and finishing works.Previous experience in North Coast projects or with major developers is preferred.Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.Strong leadership and site management abilities.
