Key Responsibilities
- Continuous development and education: Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in infection control and providing training and scientific lectures to infection control doctors and technicians working in central sterilization departments.
- Delivering scientific lectures and training: Providing training and scientific lectures to infection control doctors and technicians working in central sterilization departments, contributing to increased sales and achieving desired goals.
- Managing objections and obstacles: Managing all objections, obstacles, and rejections in the market, working to achieve the activities and scientific and sales goals of the scientific office.
- Building relationships: Visiting infection control doctors and technicians working in central sterilization departments, building strong relationships and loyalty, and removing barriers, which positively impacts infection control products, increasing growth and consumption rates.
- Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the direct manager.
- Market monitoring: Following up on competitors, market movement, and changes in infection control products, providing suggestions for new products and ideas that contribute to achieving scientific and sales goals and maximizing company opportunities.
Requirements BSC of Medicine, Pharma, Science or any relevant, strong knowledge of infection control products and market trends Excellent communication and sales skills Ability to work independently and achieve goals Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
