Essential Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)Proven Operations Leadership: Minimum of 5 years in an Operations Management role, preferably within a logistics, quick-commerce, or gig-economy platform (e.g., managing couriers, sales agents, or field teams).Financial Acumen (Cash Flow): Deep understanding of managing cash logistics and settlement cycles. Must be comfortable managing an operation where physical cash movement is central to the business integrity.Process Documentation: Demonstrated experience in building scalable SOPs and training materials from scratch.Geographical Focus: Familiarity with the Suez/Canal region logistics and local supplier dynamics is a strong plus.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related quantitative field.
