  • Design and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws.
  • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.

Minimum of 5 years and up to 8 years of progressive experience in human resources management.Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and leadership abilities.Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.Ability to work onsite and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
