Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Communications Engineering or a related field.2–3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure or support.Experience with networks, servers, Windows/Linux, and IT security.Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.Familiarity with security systems (Firewall, Antivirus, IDS/IPS).Basic knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL).Ability to use monitoring/control tools.Personal skills: problem-solving, communication, working under pressure, confidentiality, troubleshooting, initiative, continuous learning.Candidates from Damietta Governorate are preferred.
