- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of solar energy products and materials.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and safety targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Oversee the loading, unloading, and proper handling of goods to minimize damage and loss.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and generate operational reports.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and staff concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards in all warehouse activities.
5-8 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and lead by example.
