- Oversee and manage the end-to-end foreign procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with international suppliers to secure the best terms and maintain high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and global sourcing opportunities to optimize procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare and review procurement contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or payment disputes with foreign vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier databases, and contract files.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs and improve supplier relationships.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement status, risks, and opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in foreign or international procurement, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.Strong knowledge of international sourcing, import/export regulations, and procurement best practices.Proven ability to negotiate and manage contracts with global suppliers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address procurement challenges.Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work on-site in Sadaat City and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all procurement documentation.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
