- Achieving production plans according to monthly production plan received from planning department.
- Achieving and improving product quality requirements in accordance with the product standard
- Improving production processes by raising productivity, reducing waste, reducing breakdowns and downtimes, to achieve the target overall efficiency of OEE.
- Implement SMED, 5S and Lean six manufacturing Techniques.
- Assist management to resolve production problems by providing production reports including actual working hours, number of accepted quantities also with a record of hours consumed in rework and downtime.
- Responsible for product quality and activating the built-in quality system.
- Make sure work is done according to safety standards
- Follow up on the key performance indicators for production lines.
Bachelor’s degree in production engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.Proven track record of optimizing manufacturing processes and improving efficiency.Strong understanding of HVAC manufacturing or similar industrial environments.Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
