Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly.

Maintain the reception area and office supplies in an orderly manner.

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.

Support sales activities by assisting with client inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to clients.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and office events.

 


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.2–5 years of experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Customer-focused with a proactive and professional attitude.
