- Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects
- Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
- Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations.
Bachelor's degree.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a HR recruiter role.Experience in recruitment ( Blue – White ) .Good in English
