We are seeking proactive and skilled IT Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing IT systems and providing technical support. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, and must be self-motivated to work independently. This role involves completing tasks with minimal supervision, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring seamless reporting.
- Provide IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as PCs, printers, switches, and routers.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and backups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely manner, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Act as the primary IT point of contact at the assigned site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with central IT teams to align local site requirements with overall IT strategy.
- Document all tasks, configurations, changes, and solutions accurately and systematically.
- Generate and submit detailed reports on site activity, system performance, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose efficient IT solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.2–3 years of proven experience in IT supporter infrastructure roles.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated leadership ability and confidence in working independently.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
