Purpose of the job
Retaining the prepaid & hybrid customer base in consumer market.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage, track and report the overall churn in the consumer personal prepaid market to meet the company targets and achieve the budget.
- Understand churn reasons, factors and nature for every value segment of the consumer market.
- Initiate recommendations, propositions and solutions for the overall churn of the personal prepaid market.
- Develop and manage saving programs and campaigns for the different segments of the personal prepaid market.
- Analyze customer loyalty and value and consumer market base behavior.
- Responsible to deliver yearly retention plan to meet the company objectives.
- Monitor the competition offerings and launches to retain and protect the customer base.
- Responsible to design, develop and deliver ATL and BTL retention propositions for the different segments of the personal prepaid market and assess after launch impact.
- Responsible for performing regular proactive retention campaigns.
- Develop, together with customer insight team, churn prediction model.
- Perform revenue analysis for targeted campaigns and assess targeted customers behavior and revenues
- Communicate closely with different commercial departments to respond to customers needs and deliver a positive experience to the targeted customers within the targeted campaigns.
Job specification
Education
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business (Economics or Finance)
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in similar field.
