- Safely transport guests, staff, and materials to and from designated locations within and outside the Beit El Wadi premises.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure all vehicles are maintained in optimal condition.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Coordinate with event organizers and department heads to ensure timely transportation for scheduled activities.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents promptly to management.
- Keep vehicles clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Support logistical operations during large events, conferences, and special occasions.
Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of professional driving experience.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Proven experience operating a variety of vehicles, including vans, minibuses, and light trucks.Strong knowledge of local and regional routes.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving luggage or equipment.Professional appearance and demeanor.Willingness to undergo background and reference checks.
