Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in textile engineering or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and machinery.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.Ability to work on-site as required by the operational nature of the role.
