- Recording daily entries and financial transactions in accordance with basic accounting principles (debit/credit).
- Assisting in preparing bank reconciliations and account matching.
- Organizing and filing financial documents, invoices, and records systematically.
- Participating in the preparation of preliminary financial reports under the supervision of the financial manager.
- Assisting in monitoring customer and supplier accounts and updating their balances.
- Learning to work with the accounting software used within the company.
- Contributing to any other accounting or financial tasks as directed by management.
