- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities within the mesotherapy and aesthetic medicine sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities tailored to target healthcare professionals and clinics.
- Manage product portfolio performance, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements for mesotherapy products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, marketing materials, and educational content for conferences, workshops, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, distributors, and strategic partners in the medical aesthetics industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in product management within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or aesthetic medicine industry.Demonstrated expertise in mesotherapy, dermatology, or beauty cosmetics product lines.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of delivering products on time and within budget.Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to medical and cosmetic products.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management tools.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
