- Install, configure, and maintain ICT hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance across all Somabay properties.
- Monitor network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and security.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, resolving ICT-related incidents efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in the planning and execution of ICT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs and deliver tailored ICT solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of ICT assets, configurations, and procedures for compliance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular system backups and implement disaster recovery protocols to safeguard critical data.
- Ensure adherence to ICT policies, standards, and best practices, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and guest experiences.
- Support the integration of ICT systems with hospitality management platforms and other business applications.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in ICT engineering, IT support, or a similar role.Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting.Experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT systems.Familiarity with security best practices and data protection measures.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective end-user support.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work on-site and provide hands-on technical support.Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.AutoCAD User is must.
