- Monitor and evaluate company operations to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations (e.g., labor laws, environmental standards, product safety).
- Review and update internal policies and procedures to align with applicable regulations and standards.
- Support third-party audits (social compliance, environmental, C-TPAT, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, WRAP, etc.) and certifications.
- Collaborate with suppliers and factories to ensure adherence to customer and industry compliance requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of non-compliance.
- Track and report compliance metrics, including corrective action plans (CAPs) and audit findings.
- Stay current with evolving regulations and best practices in the textile and apparel industry.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and partners on compliance topics.
- Ensure documentation and records are maintained accurately and are audit-ready at all times
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field ,preferably in the textile, apparel, or manufacturing sector.2-5 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or regulatory role, preferably within manufacturing or export sectors.Strong understanding of local and international regulations relevant to manufacturing and export.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.Proven ability to conduct audits and risk assessments.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.Demonstrated integrity and ethical judgment.
