- Plan, coordinate, and control daily production activities to meet targets.
- Monitor production processes, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost savings.
- Ensure equipment, tools, and machines are maintained in good working condition.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve production challenges.
- Support implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in preparing production schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.3–7 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment. Proven experience in Woven Bags sector.Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and lean manufacturing.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
