- Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production performance against targets.
- Prepare production reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
- Support production planning and scheduling to optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Assist in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for production operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, automation, and process optimization projects.
- Provide insights to management for strategic planning and decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.4 – 7 years of experience in production analysis, operations, or manufacturing.AI ExperienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
