Admin Assistant Spa Operation Administrative Support - Manage the Spa Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access to documents.
Operations & Reporting - Assist in preparing spa financial and performance reports (revenues, KPIs, staff schedules).
- Coordinate submission of reports and data from spa managers across properties.
- Track deadlines, action points, and follow-ups for the Spa Director.
Communication & Coordination - Act as liaison between the Spa Director and internal hotel departments, spa managers, and corporate teams.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support in drafting internal communications, policies, and memos.
Other Duties - Assist with training schedules, recruitment paperwork, and HR coordination for spa staff.
- Support event planning, spa promotions, and marketing activities as directed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in hospitality.Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages an advantage.Skills and Competencies:Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.Professional, discreet, and customer-focused.Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with booking/reporting software is a plus.Physical & Grooming RequirementsProfessional appearance in line with hotel corporate standards.Ability to work flexible hours if required.
