  • Manage employee files and ensure all documents are up to date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Handle social insurance processes (Form 1, 2, 6) and maintain accurate records with relevant government entities.
  • Monitor and process employee attendance, leaves, absences, and overtime using the HR system.
  • Prepare employment contracts, renewals, and end-of-service documentation.
  • Liaise with governmental authorities (Labor Office, Social Insurance, Medical Insurance).
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal policies.
  • Participate in internal and external audits by preparing necessary HR documentation.
  • Support HR initiatives such as policy updates, awareness sessions, and training coordination when needed.
  • Generate periodic reports related to personnel KPIs, turnover, headcount, and compliance issues.

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or any related field.2–5 years of proven experience in personnel or HR operations, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.
