- Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and implement automation solutions.
- Ensure all electrical systems comply with local and international safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including schematics, technical reports, and maintenance logs.
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical systems and machinery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or equipment to improve plant performance and energy efficiency.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized electrical projects and services.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Proven experience with electrical system design, installation, and maintenance.Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and industrial control systems.Familiarity with safety regulations and electrical codes (local and international).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
