- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate between subcontractors, consultants, and the technical office.
- Ensure site compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Manage manpower distribution, equipment, and material utilization on site.
- Raise technical queries (RFIs) to resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.
- Ensure proper execution of finishing, structural, and MEP works (depending on specialization).
- Guide junior engineers and foremen, providing technical support when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.3–7 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in large-scale real estate or mixed-use projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety standards.Ability to manage subcontractors and workforce effectivelyStrong leadership and problem-solving skills.
