Monitor KPIs related to productivity, waste reduction, downtime, and quality.

Technical & Engineering Oversight

Design, improve, and maintain production lines, machinery, and equipment.

Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving for production bottlenecks and breakdowns.

Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to ensure product specifications and compliance.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Guarantee compliance with international food safety and quality certifications (e.g., BRCGS, ISO, HACCP, GlobalG.A.P).

Cost & Resource Management

Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

Manage production budgets, reduce energy consumption, and maximize output efficiency.

Work closely with supply chain and procurement to secure raw materials at the best cost.

Project Management

Lead capital investment projects for new machinery, technologies, and facility expansions.

Oversee commissioning of new equipment and ensure successful integration into operations.
