- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and the site team to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
- Manage RFI (Request for Information) process and track responses.
- Monitor project progress, highlight technical risks, and recommend solutions.
- Support the procurement team by providing technical input on material and subcontractor selection.
- Prepare and maintain all technical documentation and project records.
- Supervise junior technical office engineers and provide technical guidance.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.3–7 years of experience in technical office roles, preferably in large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office; Primavera or similar software is a plus.Excellent communication and coordination skills.
