- Conduct routine inspections and tests on automotive seating systems and components to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
- Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance records.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment and tools.
- Participate in internal and external audits, supporting compliance with ISO and other relevant quality standards.
- Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices to ensure consistent product quality.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and process improvements to enhance overall product quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.1-5 years’ experience in QC manufacturing field will be a plus.Good computer & English skills.Ability to objectively review and qualify objective dataStrong interpersonal Skills.
