About Us
Prime Property Auctions is the first licensed real estate auction company in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.  operate a secure and transparent digital-first auction platform (powered by Ultimate Auction Pro on WordPress) and are expanding our team with a remote full-time coordinator based in Egypt to lead our digital marketing and online operations.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & PR

Plan, execute, and manage online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO basics).
Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including answering inquiries from potential buyers/sellers.
Design and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads).
Prepare and distribute email campaigns, newsletters, and digital brochures.
Track analytics and prepare performance reports.
Website & Listings


Manage property listings on the company’s WordPress platform.
Upload and maintain listings on UAE property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
Keep property descriptions, photos, and prices updated.
Monitor and handle online inquiries, forwarding qualified leads to management.
Creative Design

Create digital marketing materials (property brochures, ads, social media visuals).
Use Canva for day-to-day design tasks; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is an advantage.
Ensure brand identity and consistency across all platforms.
Administrative Support

Assist management with correspondence, reporting, and documentation.
Coordinate remotely with UAE team on marketing and operational tasks.
 
Requirements

Based in Egypt with reliable internet and able to work UAE business hours.
Full-time availability (40+ hours per week).
2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, property listings, or online content management.
Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus).
Experience with WordPress CMS (Ultimate Auction Pro or similar plugins preferred).
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO basics.
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office + Google Workspace).
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills .
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
