·       Follow up on product non-conformities, quality and food safety incidents and investigations.
·       Reporting any new updates and final analysis sheet for lab manager responsible for the milk reception lab operation activities.
·       Coordinate the lab equipment’s and devices daily calibrations and preventive maintenance.
·       Responsible on daily raw materials lab activities such (adulteration tests, fat, protein, lactose compression, test, brix, dimensions, milk inhibitors and antibiotics)
