- Oversee and manage all accounting operations for F&B clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization within the F&B sector.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls tailored to the unique needs of F&B operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of F&B industry trends, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing of all statutory obligations.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2-4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within the F&B industry.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office-based setting.
