  • Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management for all staff.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and support talent acquisition efforts.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4 to 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the manufacturing or apparel industry.Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.Willingness to support and drive company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
