Job Title: Production Engineer – Cookers Assembly Line
Department: Production
Location: Company Headquarters – Inside Prifix Factory
Job Objective:
To lead and execute the launch and operation of the cooker production line, ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity. The role involves planning and developing technical processes to ensure efficient operations and product safety.


Key Responsibilities:

Study and design the production line stages in coordination with the planning and engineering teams.
Supervise the installation and operation of cooker line equipment and machinery (forming, assembly, welding, leakage testing, final finishing).
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each station within the line.
Monitor daily production line activities to ensure high efficiency and quality.
Identify and resolve technical issues during operation in coordination with the maintenance and engineering departments.
Train supervisors and workers on operational methods and occupational safety related to the cooker production line.
Work on reducing waste, improving production rates, and minimizing downtime.
Coordinate with the quality department to ensure compliance with cooker product quality standards.
Prepare regular technical reports on line status, production rates, and operational challenges.
Propose continuous improvements in design and production to enhance market competitiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Production / Electrical / Mechatronics).
from 1 to 3 years of experience in  manufacturing .
Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, heat treatment, and assembly processes.
Experience in using process analysis tools .
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software.
Strong leadership skills and ability to achieve targets within tight timelines
